What to Expect in 3 Simple Steps...
1
Book a Free Consultation.
Want to have a chat with me before booking and need a little more background information? That’s ok, simply fill in the form in the Contact Us section or drop an email, phone call whatever method you feel comfortable with and I’ll be happy to speak with you.
2
Make Time & Relax
All you have to do is pop off your shoes, get comfortable and snug on the Practitioner bed under the blanket and look forward to a relaxing session. If you are unable to lie down for whatever reason this can be worked around easily. If you find it difficult to move various muscles due to injury or pain this can also be worked around and a surrogate may be recommended. A surrogate may also be used when treating younger children.
A number of painless muscle tests will be carried out to identify any imbalances in the body and once these have been identified and prioritized, nutritional suggestions, lymphatic massage, acupressure and energy and other emotional balancing techniques will be used to help restore balance and aid healing.
Initial consultations last between 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours. Any follow up sessions will last 1 hour.
3
Receive a Personalised Plan.
Based on feedback from the muscle test, I can identify what is involved and devise a plan. Suggestions and advice may include incorporation of foods, nutritional supplements, relaxation techniques and lifestyle changes. Any recommendations made during the treatment will be provided in your own personalised plan.
Nutritional supplements that may be recommended can be purchased from the Store separately.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
I often get asked this question and generally speaking around 3 sessions may be required. This can be less and often clients can feel the benefit after just one session.
Some clients like to book with me for a regular ‘balance’ which is really beneficial for self care and preventing symptoms appearing in the first instance. I like to call this a Kinesiology MOT!
Some clients have longer term and/or complex symptoms and this can take a few more sessions. I am always led by the information gained from my client through the kinesiology tools as well as from how my clients feel.
